      WHAT DOES        IT COST?

It doesn't cost anything to meet with Jon! He will meet you where it is most convenient for you and will even visit you in the comfort of your own home. 

HOW LONG DOES AN APPOINTMENT TAKE?

Appointments typically last anywhere from 1-2 hours, depending on your unique needs and questions, 

WHAT HAPPENS DURING AN APPOINTENT?

During an appointment, Jon will make sure you understand your current coverage and show you a wide range of options to choose from. 

CAN I HAVE SOMEONE WITH ME?

Absolutely! Please feel free to invite your spouse, significant other, child, financial advisor, or anyone else you feel would be helpful to include.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO AHEAD OF TIME? 

Prior to your appointment with Jon, you will need to sign and date the Scope of Appointment form. This form is required by Medicare and does not obligate you in any way. 

HOW DO I SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

Simply call Jon at 717.400.6267 (TTY 711) to schedule an appointment at a mutually agreeable time. Jon will meet with you in your home or in a public place, if you prefer.
